What’s Covered
• Any dodgy workmanship or crappy materials – if it’s our fault, we’ll sort it.
• Manufacturing defects – invisible flaws, wonky seams, you name it.
What’s Not Covered
• Wear and tear (because, duh, things age)
• Misuse, accidental damage or rogue juice spills
• Any tweaks or alterations you’ve made
• Stuff bought from unauthorised sellers
How to Claim
1. Drop us a line – email [email protected] or ring 01234 567890. Shout out your order number and what’s gone pear-shaped.
2. Pack it up tight and send it back (we’ll give you the deets on where).
3. We’ll eyeball it, and if it’s legit you’ll get a repair or a shiny new replacement – on the house.
Your Rights
You’ve got statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Faulty or not as described? Refund or replacement, no dramas.
