Delivery
We strive to dispatch within the timeframe on our site. Courier stuff-ups and rogue weather? Not our circus. You’ll get a tracking link when it’s off our hands.
Returns & Refunds
Changed your mind? Ship it back within 14 days, in original kit. Contact our team first for how-to. Once we’ve got it, refund within 14 days minus any shipping you caused.

If things go pear-shaped, we’re only on the hook for what you paid. No extra compensation—sorry, mate.
