Look—we get it, sometimes things just don’t work out. So here’s the deal with sending stuff back to KIDS ABC LIMITED…

Your Rights
Under UK & EU law you’ve got a 14-day cooling-off window after you’ve received your goodies. If it’s still in one piece, tags hanging on, original packaging and all that, send it back within those 14 days, and we’ll sort a full refund.

How to Return an Item
1. Drop us a line at [email protected]. Order number, what’s up with the return—shoot it over.
2. Pack it up unused, all bits and bobs included, in the box or bag it came in.
3. Ship it off to:

Use a tracked service—keep your proof of postage, yeah? If it vanishes en route, we can’t magically recover it.

Refund Process
We’ll eyeball the return when it lands here. If it’s all good, we fire the refund back to the same payment method you used. Heads up: banks can be slow—give it up to 14 days to show up in your account.

Exclusions
Some things are a no-go for returns:
• Custom or personalised bits
• Anything used, grubby or missing parts
• Gift cards
